ORDER

Mr.R.Jayaprakash, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he has returned the papers to his client about the month back and given the change of vakalat also. The learned counsel also willing to file a memo to the said effect.

2. However, considering the said submission, the name of Mr.R.Jayaprakash stands deleted. Though the writ petition is pending for more than a month after the papers handed over to the petitioner, no steps having been taken by the petitioner to make an alternate arrangement. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

3. For the above reason, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
