O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. May be on account of boycott of Courts, there is no representation on the side of the petitioners. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court went through the records and passed orders, on hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 1st petitioner's son Gugan had cheated several persons and in order to trace him, the respondent Police had called the petitioners for enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, an order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry.
