ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2021 and pass order to fix a pipeline in S.No.287/4 to take water to S.No.175/7A and B from petitioner's well in S.No.287/3B within a time frame.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to fix a pipeline in S.No.287/4 to take water to S.No.175/7A and B from petitioner's well in S.No.287/3B, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
