Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records comprised in proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.121/06 on the file of the Forest Ranger/ Member Secretary of Kongadai Scheduled Tribes Forest Village Council, Kongadai, Erode District/ first respondent dated 2.11.2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to grant the right to sell the small forest agricultural produces available in the region of Kongadai Forest Village Council in favour of the petitioner for the year 2006-2007.
