It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the orders had been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the amount that has been disbursed does not represent the actual amount due, which is refutted by the learned Counsel for the respondent. Thus, there is a dispute regarding the quantum of the amount deposited. It is well open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. However, orders of this Court has been complied with, with the disbursement.
