ORDER

Contempt petition is filed for wilful disobedience of the final order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20172 of 2024, dated 23.07.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up yesterday, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that amount was recovered and paid to the contempt petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instruction.

3. Today when the matter is listed, there is no representation for the petitioner. A copy of the Demand Draft, in favour of the contempt petitioner, for the difference of gratuity of Rs.1,41,676/- is produced in proof of compliance of this Court's order. This Court finds no reason to keep the contempt petition pending and so the submission of the learned counsel for the contemnors is 2/5
