PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(ii) of Cr.P.C., to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.O.P.No.10124 of 2017, dated 29.06.2017.

ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.O.P.No.10124 of 2017, dated 29.06.2017.
2. This Court while considering the anticipatory bail petition filed by the first respondent, passed the following order: " 7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and (ii) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two
weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
3. The above condition imposed by this Court has not been complied with by the first respondent and the same is being confirmed by the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the second respondent police.
4. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail granted by this Court by order dated 29.06.2017 is hereby cancelled. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
