PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable warrant against the accused persons issued on 21.07.2022 and produce before the trial Court Judicial Magistrate-II, Tindivanam in pursuance of the NBW issued on 21.07.2022 against the accused person and take further action as required in law against the accused person.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to execute the Non Bailable warrant against the accused persons issued on 21.07.2022 and produce before the trial Court Judicial Magistrate-II, Tindivanam in pursuance of the NBW issued on 21.07.2022 against the accused person and take further action as required in law against the accused person. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
