This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for compassionate appointment for her son.

2. Heard Mr.M.E.Raniselvam, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. On carefully going through the records, it is seen that the representation/application submitted by the petitioner has been rejected at least on two occasions. The first rejection was on 28.04.2021 and the second rejection was on 11.03.2024.

4. In view of the above, there is no question of once again directing the respondents to consider the claim made by the petitioner. If 2/4

at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to necessarily challenge the order in the manner known to law, if so advised. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
