Comp. A.No.489 of 2023 in C.P.No.54 of 2015 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., The learned counsel for the applicant is not pressing this application. He also submits on instructions that the applicant will handover the original title deeds / documents pertaining to the property which was brought for sale to the successful bidder within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He also seeks liberty for the applicant to approach the learned Official Liquidator and lodge a claim, on behalf of the applicant. No prejudice would be caused, if such a liberty is granted.

2. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not pressed with a direction to the applicant to return the original title deeds / documents pertaining to the property which was brought for sale to the learned Official Liquidator within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The applicant is also granted liberty to lodge a claim with the learned Official Liquidator with regard to the dues payable to the applicant by the Company under liquidation. The said claim has to be filed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1/3
