ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the respondent in not complying with the orders of this Court dated 25.11.2024 in W.P.No.34693 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the orders of this Court in W.P.No.34693 of 2024 has been complied with vide letter dated 28.11.2025 and he has also produced a copy of the same before this Court. The respondent has fixed the guideline value at the rate of Rs.5,925/- per sq.mtr.,
