The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that though the notice sent through Court as well privately to the respondents 1 to 5 was not successful, the appellant herein has filed a petition to take substituted service in respect of the respondents 1 to 5, by way of paper publication, namely 'Malai Murasu'.

3.In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
