ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for deliberate and wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 29.05.2025 made in W.M.P.No.21832 of 2025 in W.P.No.19526 of 2025.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submits that as per the proceedings of the second respondent in Proceedings No.10773/E1/2006, dated 09.02.2026, the petitioners were allowed to work as Junior Assistants in the Tamilnadu Waqf Board subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.347, 348 and 350 of 2026 and the petitioners also joined duty and arrears of salary has also been paid to them.
