This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondent to comply with the order dated 17.03.2023 in W.P. No. 7357 of 2023 passed by the Court.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent has filed a memo dated 28.11.2023 in which it has been stated as follows:- "

Pursuant to the above order of this Hon'ble Court, the Respondent had removed the sinter water tank which was situate before the Petitioner's house on 17.11.2023 and the same was also confirmed by the Petitioner by a letter dated 17.11.2023 and this Respondent is also filing photograph to prove the same. It is submitted that the order of this Hon'ble Court was complied to its later and spirit. "
In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
