Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 89 of 2016 dated 28.01.2016 has been complied with and the community certificate has been issued to the petitioner's children.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would also state that the order dated 28.01.2016 has been complied with and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Contempt Petition.

3. Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
