O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 03.10.2022 seeking issue of patta in his name in respect of land comprised in Old Survey No. 432/2B, New Survey Nos.432/47, 432/48, 432/49, 432/50, 432/51 and 432/54 to a total extent of 45 cents situated in No.23 Budur Revenue Village, N.M.Kandrigai Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the land comprised in Old Survey No. 432/2B, New Survey No.432/47, 432/48, 2/5

432/49, 432/50, 432/51 and 432/54 with a total extent of 45 cents situated in No.23 Budur Revenue Village, N.M.Kandrigai Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District by virtue of various registered Sale Deeds. The petitioner has been enjoying the Poramboke Land situated in S.No.432/2B along with his Patta Lands. By virtue of his long possession, he submitted a representation dated 03.10.2022 to the respondents seeking issue of patta in his name. The same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2022 will be considered by the 3rd respondent on its own merit, subject to the eligibility of the petitioner, within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner as well as respondent, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2022 and pass final orders on its own merit and in accordance with 3/5

law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
