O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 14.12.2023 in W.P. No. 10429 of 2021.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the reference order passed in W.P.(MD) Nos. 16576 & 16574 of 2019 dated 04.12.2019 as mentioned in the order passed in the Writ Petition No.10429 of 2021 itself has been set aside in the order passed by the Writ Appellate Court in W.P.(MD) Nos. 334 & 358 of 2021 on 15.04.2024.

3. It is also submitted that a writ appeal has been filed challenging the order passed in the writ petition basing on the order passed in the writ appeal (MD) Nos. 334 & 358 of 2021 also.

4. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present. No costs.
