A.No.5031 of 2023 in C.S.No.498 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed by the defendants to receive documents 1 to 46 mentioned in the affidavit as additional documents on the side of defendants.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants/defendants submitted that the additional documents are essential to prove their case and hence, the documents have to be received as additional documents.

3. Having regard to the nature of the documents filed by the applicants, this application is allowed and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
