This application is filed seeking to implead Mr.Paramasivam, S/o.Malayan Pillai, residing at Door No.2, Plot No.99, Bharathi Street, Kaveri Nagar, Saidapet, Subbu Pillai Thottam, Sunnambu Kalvoai, Chennai - 600 015, as the 19th defendant in the suit.

2. It is the case of the plaintiffs that after filing of the above suit, portion of the property is encroached by the 19th proposed respondent for complete and effective adjudication. Considering the nature of the relief sought and allegations made, the plaintiffs are dominus litis and they have right to claim relief against the person.

3. Such view of the matter, the impleading petition in Ordered, accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and the plaintiffs shall also file amended copy. Thereafter, summons be issued to the newly added respondent/19th respondent returnable by 20.12.2023. Private summons is also permitted.

5. List the suit on 20.12.2023.
