ORDER

During the course of the hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/ Teachers Recruitment Board submits that the Notification issued for appointment of the Lecturers in the Government Polytechnic Colleges for the year 2017 - 2018, itself is cancelled and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
