PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to forthwith give drinking water pipeline connection to the petitioner's house bearing door No.13/81-A, Near Government Hospital, Jalagandapuram Main Road, Tharamangalam, Omalur Taluk, Salem District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to forthwith give drinking water pipeline connection to the 1/5

petitioner's house bearing door No.13/81-A, Near Government Hospital, Jalagandapuram Main Road, Tharamangalam, Omalur Taluk, Salem District.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner dated 19.11.2021 seeking water pipe connection for the petitioner's house situated at door No.13/81-A, Near Government Hospital, Jalagandapuram Main Road, Tharamangalam, Omalur Taluk, Salem District within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
