Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. It is already represented by the Government Advocate that the case in Crime No.669/19 has already been registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294-B, 326 and 506(1) IPC.

3. That apart, the allegations set out in the petition seem to be of civil in nature. Therefore, the petitioner has to approach the civil forum for appropriate legal redressal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
