ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.11.2021 for the offence under 8 (c ) r/w 22(a) of NDPS Act and Section 77 Juvenile Justice (Care and protection of Children ) Act 2015 in Crime No.607 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police reached the alleged spot and they found that the petitioner involved in selling drugs (Nitrazepam tablets IP - Nitravet 10 tablets) imported in Bangalore to the school going minors. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he was falsely implicated in this case and he further submits that petitioner taking treatment for mental disorder. He further submits that due to the political vengeance, a false case was foisted against the petitioner . He further submits that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 30 days from 18.11.2021. He prays to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised objection stating that the petitioner sold the contraband drugs (4 Nitrazepam tablets IP Nitravet 10 tablets) behind the school.

5. Considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
