Respondent - - - - - This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application, the stage of the arbitration is in the arguments stage. The applicant has sought for six months time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the Arbitral Award.

2. Mr.D. Kirubakaran, learned counsel for the respondent has appeared through video conferencing. He has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Infact, as seen from the typed set of papers filed along with these papers, the respondent itself has agreed for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the Arbitral Award.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this application is allowed as prayed

for by directing the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce the Arbitral Award, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
