ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the house, ground and premises bearing No.31, Kovai Main Road, Kundadam - 638 702, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, comprised in Survey No.1071/17, ad measuring 3 cents and another extent of land comprised in re-survey No.1071/18 measuring to an extent of 3.3/4 cents situated in Kundadam Village, Dharapuram Taluk.

Heard Mr.K.Premkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.G.Prabakar, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent. 3.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner made representation before the third respondent for grant of patta and on receipt of the same the third respondent issued notice to the petitioner, thereby informing him that the enquiry will be held on 03.01.2022. However on that day, the petitioner was not present and the enquiry was adjourned and the same will be held on 12.01.2022.

Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's application for issuance of patta, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and after affording opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry to be conducted by the third respondent. 5.
