When the matter was called on 21.06.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The matter was again listed on 04.07.2018 and on that day also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.07.2018 i.e., today. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
