O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for disobeying the orders of this Court dated 30.08.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.19854 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the affidavit of 1/3

the respondent has been filed. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

"4. It is submitted that in compliance with the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court, based upon representation called the both parties for enquiry on 14.09.2023, during the enquiry both parties accepted for surveying the land by revenue officials and the petition is closed. Based upon enquiry on 18.12.2023, the petitioner filed an online application vide 000244/2023/G1 dated 18.12.2023 before the Taluk Executive Magistrate, Hosur for survey his land. Based on that 14.02.2024, the Taluk Executive Magistrate has sent a summon vide online application No.0000244/2023/G1 dated 18.12.2023, to both the parties to appear along with relevant documents on 20.02.2024 for survey the petitioner land.

5. It is humbly submit that, based on that enquiry, on 20.02.2024 the respondent police given police protection to the revenue officials namely Tr.Gopi, Village Administrative Officer, Tr.Raman, Surveyor for surveying and measuring the property of the petitioner comprised in S.No.41/1B measuring to an extent of 1.24 acres situated at Begapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District."
