ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's application and 25 other group of women as a Women Milk Co-operative society for the purpose of arranging for and undertaking of purchase of milk produced by its members and storing, processing and marketing of such milk.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
