ORDER
This Original Petition has been filed for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the property and credits held by V.Pankajam, who died intestate on 19.05.2021. The first petitioner is the son, the second and third petitioners are the daughters of the deceased V.Pankajam. The petitioners seek issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the property and credits situate within the jurisdiction of this Court. 1/4
2. The first petitioner is examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificates of the deceased V.Pankajam and N.S.Venkatesan (husband of V.Pankajam), as Exs.P6 and P4, and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased V.Pankajam, as Ex.P7. A perusal of Ex.P7 shows that the petitioners are the Class-I legal heirs of the deceased V.Pankajam. The second and third petitioners have given their consent to grant Letters of Administration in favour of the first petitioner, and their consent affidavits are marked, as Exs.P10 and P11. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

In view of the above said evidence, this Original Petition is ordered and Letters of Administration is granted in favour of the first petitioner, in respect of the property and credits held by V.Pankajam. The first petitioner is directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court. The first petitioner is further directed to file an inventory of assets and statement of accounts within a period of six months and one year, respectively.
