This petition is filed to condone the delay of 97 days in preferring the criminal revision petition as against the impugned order passed in M.P.No.72/2021 (closure order) in M.C.No.287/2006, dated 01.12.2023, passed by III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed to condone the delay and submitted that the criminal revision petition is not maintainable.

4.This Court is of the view that the maintainability of the revision can be considered at the time of the admission and hence, the delay is condoned and this petition stands ordered. sli 08.11.2024 Note: Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if it is otherwise in order and post the criminal revision along with Crl.R.C.No.2161 of 2023.
