This application has been filed for an Order of interim injunction restraining the first respondent and its men from dealing with the movable and immovable assets of the first respondent including the shares of the first respondent either to the second respondent or any other entity persons, pending disposal of the suit.

2. A perusal of records, it is seen that interim Order granted by this Court is extended until further Orders.

3. With the consent of Mrs.Chitra Sampath, learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiff, Mr.M.S.Krishnan, learned Senior Counsel for the defendant, this application is closed.
