This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17811 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, charge sheet was filed and the case is taken on file in S.C.No.42 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
