Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.133813/W13/2001 dated 31.3.2004 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to refer the dispute as to the constitution of educational agency of S.RM.Ramanathan Chettiar Higher Secondary School, Nattarasankottai, to a competent Civil Court.
