Crl.M.P.No.16559 of 2022 Crl.M.P.Nos.16558 and 16559 of 2022 in Crl.OP.Nos.19739 and 19738 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 04.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19738 of 2022 by order dated 02.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.280 of 2022 before the learned II Additional Special Judge (NDPS Court), Chennai.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.19739 and 19738 of 2022 by the order dated 02.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the II Additional Special Court for NDPS Cases, Chennai on the first working day of December 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Special Judge.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
