ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present Revision has been filed as against the order issuing notice to the respondents in the execution proceedings.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent has now initiated a second appeal as against the order made in the first appeal and the said second appeal is pending. Hence, no adjudication is required to be made in the present Revision. He would also submit that he would proceed further in the EP after the disposal of the second appeal. 3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs.
