On being satisfied with the reasoning given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner is granted a further time of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the condition to deposit the sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of C.A.No.96 of 2017, which shall be kept in a Bank as deposit until further orders and for the balance amount of Rs.50,000/-, the petitioner shall furnish property security, as ordered by this Court on 01.06.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.9410 of 2017.

2. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
