ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.591 of 2011 dated 15.12.2011 on the file of the first respondent registered a case for the offences under Sections 120 (B), 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of IPC, as against the petitioners .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that a joint compromise memo entered between the petitioners and the second respondent and the disputed property already sold by the defacto complainant/second respondent herein and nothing is there to investigate the matter. Therefore, he prayed for quashing the FIR.

4. Considering the above said submissions, the petitioners are directed to furnish all the documents in respect of the disputed property before the first respondent. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to enquire the second respondent/defacto complainant and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
