ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2021 and reminder representation dated 13.11.2021 to remove the 4th and 5th respondents name in 'A' Register relates to Nathampatta bearing No.49 belongs to petitioner property in survey number 386/31 totally ad measuring 0.00290 square meter of tiled house and vacant land which is situated in Ammapalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

2. Heard, Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner submitted an application, to remove the name of the fourth and fifth respondents from "A" Register relates to the property comprised in survey No.386/31, classified as Natham Poramboke, bearing No.49, admeasuring to an extent of 0.00290 square meter of tiled house and vacant land situated at Ammapalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, before the second respondent.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 09.09.2021 & 13.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
