O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.342 of 2016, dated 22.02.2016, in connection with the case in Crime No.491 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was enlarging on bail, he was directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties each one of the surety must be a Government surety. But the petitioner is not in a position to get the Government surety as imposed by the trial Court. Hence, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides and also considering the fact that the petitioner was involved in so many cases for the offences under Section 395 of IPC, I do not find any reason to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 22.02.2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.342 of 2016 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Sessions Court, Dharmapuri. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
