PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents forming any road in the petitioner's property which is situated in survey number S.No.12/1A to the extent of 2.42 cents which is situated in Sathapadi Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District without following due process of law.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents from laying any road in the petitioner's patta land comprised in survey No.12/1A to an extent of 2.42 cents which is situated in Sathapadi Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District. 2.
It is seen that while pending the writ petition, the petitioner appeared before the second respondent and deposed that he has no objection to lay road in the property comprised in survey No.12/1A which is classified as Government Poramboke.

Recording the above, this writ petition is closed. It is made clear that the patta land of the petitioner cannot be disturbed to lay road. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
