This petition is filed to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 4 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and to array them as appellants 2 to 5 in the second appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioners 1 to 4 are brought on record as legal heirs of the sole appellant and the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Memorandum of Second Appeal.
