ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the entire records filed in Crime No.2 of 2016 pending on the file of Inspector of PoliceIdol wing- CID, Chennai and to quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that already

the investigation has been completed and also accorded sanction to prosecute the petitioner for the offences under Sections 457(2), 380(2), 411(2) of IPC and Section 25(1) of AAT Act, 1972. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the final report. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
