[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, viz., T.Kamali, aged about 17 years, before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was secured on 29.11.2022 and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam and thereafter, handed over to the petitioner.
