O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed in O.A.No.224 of 2017 in C.S.No.164 of 2017, dated 10.03.2017.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the interim order passed in the above original application has been made absolute, which was also confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in the appeal filed by the respondent.

3. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the first respondent had violated the interim order dated 10.03.2017, but subsequently, there is no violation of the order of this Court and the suit is now ripe for trial.

4. In the light of the above submissions, I find no willful disobedience of the order passed in the application. Hence, the contempt application is closed. It is made clear that if there is any future violation of the order passed in the above application, the petitioner is at liberty to move a contempt petition.
