ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one Krishnamoorthy has lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and others and under the guise of enquiry, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that with regard to the money dispute, one Krishnamoorthy gave a complaint against the petitioner and others and according to the complainant, the petitioner is one of the cheating persons. He further submitted that, based on the complaint, the first respondent is conducting enquiry.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint made by one Krishnamoorthy, in accordance with law and take action without harassing the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
