This petition is filed to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of dismissal dated 28.04.2022 in C.R.P.(PD)No.1123 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Therefore, the delay of 155 days is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.

4. Office is directed to number the petition to restore the CRP.
