The petitioner, who is arrayed as an accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294[b], 336, 427, 397 and 506[ii] of I.P.C., in Crime No.199 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) that the petitioner was detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed 11.03.2016 sri
