CMP No.20495 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 198 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.3,145/- in the above Appeal.

2. CMP No.20497 of 2019 has been filed by the petitioner / appellant / Insurance Company seeking to condone the delay of 185 days in representing the above Appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay of 185 days in representing the above appeal as well as the delay in paying the deficit court fee are condoned.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
