Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in Letter No.3702/Tho.ka(2)/2017 dated 10.10.2017 and the consequential impugned order issued by the fifth respondent in Na.Ka.No.811/A1/2018 dated 25.07.2022 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to continue to pay the incentive increment to the petitioner for acquiring B.Ed., degree with all consequential benefits.
