Heard Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent herein to entertain the petitioner's application for registration of TATA 407 vehicle bearing Mahindra Engine Number 497SP67BUY604778 Chassis No.MAT455097FFB00929 and register the same as Maxi Cab. 3.Though the petitioner has sought for the above referred relief, during the course of the argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent is willing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to consider the petitioner's case for registering the vehicle as LMV Omni Bus and if this is granted to the petitioner then the petitioner is fully satisfied with the same.
4.In the light of the fact that the respondent is willing to consider the petitioner's case for registering the vehicle as LMV Omni Bus, there will be a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's vehicle as LMV Omni Bus by producing the vehicle and re-presenting the application. The vehicle shall be registered within a period of two days from the date on which the application is re-presented by the petitioner and the vehicle is produced for inspection.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
